Zellis, a leading name in payroll and HR software solutions for the UK and Ireland, has announced a definitive agreement to acquire elementsuite, a cutting-edge AI-enabled HR software provider. This strategic acquisition marks a significant step toward offering a comprehensive, AI-powered end-to-end HR and payroll platform.
The integration of Zellis and elementsuite will unify their strengths into a single entity. By combining elementsuite’s advanced HR and workforce management (WFM) solutions with Zellis’ expertise in payroll and HR technologies, customers of both organizations will gain access to a robust and complete suite of tools. While Zellis’ customers will benefit from enhanced HR functionalities, elementsuite clients—including notable enterprises like McDonald’s and Five Guys—will gain access to Zellis’ industry-leading payroll solutions.
In June, Zellis unveiled HCM AIR (AI-enabled and Realtime), a pioneering platform designed to enhance real-time payroll processes and elevate employee experiences through AI-driven innovations. The addition of elementsuite’s capabilities further strengthens Zellis’ position as a leader in AI-enabled HR and payroll technology.
