Highspring and Vaco by Highspring Earn Top Honors from Staffing Industry Analysts

Share

Highspring, a leading global professional services organization, announced two awards by Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA), the global research and advisory firm focused on staffing and workforce solutions.  SIA named Highspring President of Managed Services, Michael Splittorf, to its elite 40 Under 40 list and ranks Vaco among the nation’s largest staffing firms.

Highspring’s inclusion on these SIA lists reflects the momentum and valued expertise that its comprehensive solutions bring to companies focused on acting decisively when it matters most and looking for ways to globally scale with confidence.

Formerly Vaco Holdings, Highspring emerged this year with a bold new identity—bringing together its consulting, managed services, and talent solutions into one powerful offering that helps organizations accelerate their agility and thrive in uncertainty.

“Highspring’s integrated approach—combining strategy, talent, and execution—resonates with organizations seeking agility, alignment, and sustainable growth in today’s uncertain and fast-changing business climate,” Highspring CEO Brian Waller said. “These prominent awards by SIA validate our new approach in the market as a result of our recent brand transformation.”

Splittorf’s recognition on SIA’s list of leaders highlights his accomplishments and the rapid growth of Highspring’s Managed Services, which expanded into the IT, digital, finance, and accounting industries under his leadership.

“Michael has guided managed services from a new offering to one of the most-demanded areas of expertise we offer to our clients,” Waller said. “Companies choose Highspring so they can work with experts like Michael and his team—because they have the expertise to unify strategy, talent, and technology to help organizations scale.”

“This recognition is a reflection of the incredible colleagues, clients, and mentors I’ve had the privilege to work alongside—those who have challenged, supported, and inspired me throughout my journey,” says Splittorf. “As the workforce solutions space continues to evolve, I’m proud to lead a team that’s driving innovation, solving complex talent challenges, and helping organizations grow through great people.”

The recently released SIA staffing report and rankings counted 224 staffing firms with $100 million or more in U.S. staffing revenue, down 7% from 241 last year. Of the firms qualifying for both this year’s and last year’s list, 75% experienced a decline in revenue. SIA research analyst Kevin Chen suggests fewer firms landed on the list this year because of declining budgets, longer sales cycles, and a more competitive landscape.

Highspring‘s ranking, based on annual revenue, puts it among the top 15% of all staffing companies in the U.S.

“In a year when fewer firms made the cut and the majority saw revenue decline, Vaco being recognized by SIA is proof that our commitment to delivering real results stands strong, even in a tougher, more competitive market,” said Kevin Witt, President of Vaco.
