Pin.com Unveils AI-Native Recruiting CRM to Streamline Talent Pipelines

Pin.com has launched its latest recruiting CRM which uses AI natively to streamline the recruitment process for talent acquisition professionals and staffing firms through automation. With AI candidate sourcing, automation for outreach, scheduling interviews, and pipeline management all in one place, Pin aims to alleviate the inefficiencies arising from the use of multiple recruiting tools in a single process. This is done using AI-based candidate summaries, automated actions, stale candidate alerts, and integration with more than 120 applicant tracking systems, ensuring that users can augment their existing processes without having to change their existing ATS.

Based on the claims made by the company, users have seen a 90% decrease in sourcing times, five times more outreach responses, and an average fill time of 14 days. “Most recruiting teams are not lacking tools.
