RemoFirst has announced a major transformation of its global employment platform, introducing RemoAI and positioning itself as what it calls the first major AI-native Employer of Record (EOR) provider. The move follows a year-long internal overhaul aimed at embedding artificial intelligence across the company’s hiring, payroll, compliance, and HR operations.
RemoAI has been launched to help streamline the complexities of global employment through AI-enabled services at each step in the hiring and workforce management process cycle. According to the firm, rather than being an additional function, AI has been incorporated into the firm’s core processes and helps automate processes like preparing documents, compliance checks, payroll verification, and customer service procedures.
Whereas general AI systems use general information as training material, RemoAI leverages the global employment data of RemoFirst, which includes payroll processes, onboarding procedures, labor laws, and regulatory compliance issues in over 185 countries.

“International employment looks simple on the surface, but behind the scenes it’s incredibly complex,” said Nurasyl Serik, CEO of RemoFirst. “We spent the last year asking a hard question: what would this company look like if we built it AI-native from the ground up? So we did it. We’ve embedded AI across the entire employment lifecycle — not to replace our experts, but to put their knowledge to work instantly, at every single step. AI makes the process smarter; our people make it trustworthy. That combination is the whole point.”
At launch, RemoAI features two main AI agents: the Global Recruiter Agent and the Task Manager Agent. The recruitment-focused tool assists businesses in analyzing the hiring landscape, salary standards, local compliance regulations, and employment cost estimation before entering new markets. However, the Task Manager Agent supports HR teams in tracking approvals expenses timesheets, and other operational duties via a single dashboard.
This statement is in line with the general movement of the HR tech industry where companies are embracing AI for global workforce management and administrative task reduction related to cross-border hiring. By blending automation with human control, RemoFirst intends to support companies in building their international teams more effectively while ensuring compliance with regulations.
