Elly, an AI-native recruiting platform, has recently launched AI Sourcer, a new capability which helps to automate candidate sourcing and engagement through integration of searching, outreach, and recruiting in one single platform. The product release is intended to resolve a problem which is widely recognized among many recruiters and that is the lack of an effective way to conduct all the recruiting activities in just one place.
