Thredd Extends ID DISTRIBUTION Partnership to Drive Expense and Benefits Innovation

Share

Thredd, a prominent AI-first issuer processing platform, announced a major multi-year extension of its strategic alliance with Paris-based fintech ID DISTRIBUTION. The expanded agreement powers its flagship employee benefits and payments platform, Vaziva, as it scales beyond consumer applications into commercial corporate expense management and accelerates its broader European footprint.

Under the terms of the renewed contract, ID DISTRIBUTION has officially extended the operational partnership through 2030. Thredd will continue to support the fintech’s active processing programs in France, guide its upcoming market entry into Spain, and collaborate on the core architecture of an upcoming corporate card initiative. The integration will also deliver advanced, real-time fraud transaction monitoring alongside robust 3D Secure (3DS) authentication frameworks.

Modernizing B2B B2C Employee Benefit Delivery

The two organizations have collaborated closely since 2020, with Thredd acting as the primary transaction engine for Vaziva’s physical and digital card issuance framework across France. The automated Vaziva ecosystem allows enterprises to consolidate and distribute diverse employee fringe benefits ranging from daily meal vouchers and holiday allowances to travel and cultural stipends via a single, unified prepaid Mastercard interface.

As modern enterprise companies seek out lean, fully digital avenues to govern internal corporate spending and employee perks, ID DISTRIBUTION is leveraging its established consumer issuing infrastructure to introduce a comprehensive business expense solution later this year.
