ThrivePass, a Denver-based employee benefits administration technology company, has entered into a strategic partnership with private equity firm Shore Capital Partners (“Shore” or “Shore Capital”) to accelerate its product innovation and market scale. Operating as a unified digital-first ecosystem, ThrivePass provides highly configurable solutions that simplify how employers, brokers, and Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs) design and distribute specialized employee welfare programs including lifestyle spending accounts, pre-tax benefits, COBRA administration, tuition reimbursement, and corporate rewards. By alignment with Shore Capital’s deep institutional healthcare domain expertise and capital infrastructure, the investment will fuel robust enhancements in product engineering, user experience design, and core platform capabilities to capture a broader market segment of enterprise clients.
