By leveraging Applied Epic’s embedded AI document extraction capabilities, plan details are automatically extracted and pushed directly into Employee Navigator, eliminating manual re-entry and reducing time spent searching, typing, and system-switching by up to 80%. This enhanced workflow significantly reduces errors and omissions (E&O) risks while accelerating the overall quote-to-enroll process for benefits brokers.
