Applied Systems Enhances Integration with Employee Navigator to Streamline Benefits Workflows

Share

Applied Systems has announced an expanded native integration with Employee Navigator, a benefits administration, HR, and compliance software provider, establishing a direct bidirectional path for plan data transfer between Applied Epic and Employee Navigator. By leveraging Applied Epic’s embedded AI document extraction capabilities, plan details are automatically extracted and pushed directly into Employee Navigator, eliminating manual re-entry and reducing time spent searching, typing, and system-switching by up to 80%. This enhanced workflow significantly reduces errors and omissions (E&O) risks while accelerating the overall quote-to-enroll process for benefits brokers. Highlighting the operational benefits of automated data syncing, George Reese, founder and CEO of Employee Navigator, stated:

“Manual data entry between systems slows brokers down and creates room for errors. With this integration, plan data stays in sync automatically, so brokers can focus on serving their customers instead of manual data entry. It’s exactly the kind of seamless experience we want to deliver as we grow our partnership with Applied Systems.” Reaffirming the strategy to drive broker productivity through automation, Tammi Shapiro, senior vice president and general manager of Benefits Solutions at Applied Systems, added: “At Applied, we are laser-focused on leveraging AI and automation to create a simpler, more efficient way for benefits brokers to manage each stage of the benefits lifecycle. We are excited to expand our partnership with Employee Navigator so we can enable our broker customers to focus less on data administration, and more on the hero work of providing the best service and protection for clients.” Ultimately, this deepened technology partnership optimizes administrative productivity, enabling brokers to dedicate more time to high-value client advisory services.
