Enterprise workforce and contractor compliance solutions provider DISA Global Solutions (DISA) announced the acquisition of TEAM Companies (TEAM), a specialized provider of workforce compliance, contractor monitoring, and employee screening services. The strategic transaction, which was finalized on July 1, 2026, broadens DISA’s risk management technology suite across safety-sensitive commercial sectors.
Established in 1995 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, TEAM has spent over 30 years assisting employers in high-consequence industries with mitigating operational risk. The acquisition aligns two complementary footprints across shared vertical markets, enhancing DISA’s ability to deliver end-to-end background screening, drug testing, occupational health assessments, and specialized safety training.
Enhancing Contractor Risk Architecture via ‘Alert’ Platform
Central to the acquisition is TEAM’s proprietary compliance management software, Alert. The technology automates contractor certification tracking, safety record validation, and credential auditing addressing growing regulatory demands placed on enterprise site managers.
By integrating the Alert platform, DISA expands its contractor screening capabilities into high-growth, mission-critical infrastructure markets, including data centers, advanced manufacturing facilities, and automotive assembly networks.

Key operational capabilities brought by the acquisition include:
Proprietary Contractor Monitoring : Automated validation of contractor safety certifications, insurance verifications and site access requirements through Alert.
Broader Mission Critical Reach: Expanding screening and risk management services into data center construction, automotive manufacturing and industrial supply chains.
Unified Compliance Telemetry: Unifies drug testing, life-cycle occupational health screening and background screening into an integrated risk management environment, system.
Continuity of Client Services: Maintains the current regional office operations and client service staff to provide ongoing support.

Integration and Leadership Continuity
Under the terms of the agreement, TEAM will maintain its existing operations and offices in Tulsa, Oklahoma, preserving current client management workflows. Tim Jenney will remain with DISA in an executive role, while Hillary Jenney, Managing Partner of TEAM Companies, will act in an advisory capacity to ensure strategic alignment and continuous platform integration.
