Share

Juicebox, an AI recruiting platform, has announced a strategic agreement to acquire intellectual property and other assets from Fetcher, a talent sourcing and recruiting automation company, as the recruitment industry increasingly shifts toward AI-powered and specialized automation. Under the agreement, Fetcher will wind down its existing product and operations, while its customers will have the option to transition to Juicebox. Founded in 2016, Fetcher has over 1,500 customers and 5,000 recruiters across the globe, and has raised a total of over $30 million dollar of funding. The platform since then used to offer a recruiting automation and consulting service, combining recruiting knowledge, automation, and human support to enable companies to quickly identify and engage with relevant candidates and cut down sourcing operational work.

Juicebox aims to expand that product matrix to offer own industry-specific AI agents to source, evaluate, and engaging candidates while recruiters will be able to dedicate more time to building relationships and hiring decisions. “Juicebox has been on our radar for years, and I believe they have the most compelling product on the market right now. We’re committed to working closely with them so our customers feel supported every step of the way,” said Christopher Calmeyn, Co-founder and CEO of Fetcher. David Paffenholz, CEO and Co-founder of Juicebox, said, “Fetcher’s customers value a recruiting partner that understands their needs and does the work alongside them,” said David Paffenholz, CEO and Co-founder of Juicebox. “We’re excited to bring them that same level of care, supported by specialized AI agents and a team dedicated to their success.” Juicebox currently serves more than 5,000 companies globally and has raised $116 million to date, positioning the acquisition as a step toward expanding AI-native recruiting capabilities and giving Fetcher customers access to more automated sourcing and engagement workflows.
