Prolink has partnered with Brightfield to strengthen the data and analytics capabilities of ProMSP, its managed service provider (MSP) solution, giving clients greater visibility into workforce costs, supplier performance, talent supply and demand, and labor-market conditions. The partnership will integrate Brightfield’s Talent Data Exchange (TDX), an AI-powered market intelligence platform, into ProMSP to combine real-time market data with client workforce information and Prolink’s MSP expertise. The enhanced offering will provide a centralized view of workforce dashboards, market benchmarks, savings opportunities, supplier performance, and strategic recommendations, helping organizations make more informed decisions around contingent labor and services procurement. “Healthcare organizations are managing increasingly complex workforces across multiple suppliers, talent channels, and labor categories, while also facing pressure to control costs and ensure they have the talent they need,” said Tony Munafo, President and CEO of Prolink.

“Today’s MSP needs to do more than provide visibility into the workforce. It needs to help organizations understand what the data means, identify opportunities, and plan for what’s ahead. Our partnership with Brightfield strengthens ProMSP’s ability to bring that intelligence to our clients.” The solution will support real-time rate benchmarking, spend analysis, supplier comparisons, workforce supply and demand insights, vacancy and turnover trends, and AI-driven rate forecasting. Prolink will use these capabilities to deliver data-driven recommendations, strategy sessions, and workforce advisory services, with future plans focused on predictive demand forecasting, seasonal and surge planning, retention analysis, and optimizing talent mix and sourcing strategies. “The opportunity here is to move workforce intelligence closer to the decisions that matter,” said Sarah Koshiol, Chief Revenue Officer at Brightfield. “By pairing Brightfield’s market intelligence with Prolink’s deep understanding of its clients and their workforce programs, we can help healthcare organizations challenge assumptions, uncover opportunities, and make faster, more confident decisions about how and where they invest in talent.”
