Share

ProRank, an AI-driven sourcing platform, and Goodwork, a healthcare job board and talent marketplace, have announced their merger to create a more intelligent and scalable solution for healthcare recruiting. Backed by a $3 million investment from Caduceus Capital Partners, the combined company aims to tackle one of the industry’s most pressing challenges: a critical shortage of qualified healthcare professionals.

Both companies share a mission to realign incentives between employers, candidates, and recruiters, creating a streamlined, more effective hiring process. By joining forces, ProRank and Goodwork will provide healthcare organizations with faster access to high-intent candidates while enhancing efficiency across the recruitment lifecycle.

“It’s no secret that the healthcare industry is facing a dire workforce shortage with projections indicating a substantial shortfall in the coming years. Healthcare organizations that survive in this environment depend on effective talent recruitment programs,” said Dave Vreeland, Senior Managing Partner at Caduceus Capital Partners. “ProRank’s AI-enabled sourcing platform and massive candidate database create a powerful engine to fuel Goodwork’s marketplace. Together, they’re unlocking a new level of scale and efficiency for healthcare hiring.”

The new platform integrates ProRank’s database of more than 135 million candidate profiles with Goodwork’s modern job board and marketplace, delivering a differentiated solution that unites supply and demand in ways neither could achieve independently.

Leadership of the combined company will be headed by Adam Seyb as CEO, with Daniel Hixon continuing to lead Goodwork as a distinct product within the broader portfolio.

“We’re incredibly excited about the team we’re building, the technology we’re bringing to market, and the impact we’re positioned to make together,” said Seyb.

The merger and funding position the company to play a pivotal role in addressing the healthcare workforce crisis while modernizing talent acquisition for the long term.
