Dayforce, Inc., a global leader in human capital management, has announced a significant expansion of its Dayforce Flex Work solution, designed to give organizations greater control over contingent workforce management. The enhanced platform introduces vendor management capabilities, an expanded staffing agency network, and improved on-demand staffing features—enabling businesses to manage their entire talent ecosystem through a single, compliance-focused system.
The expansion comes as workforce flexibility becomes increasingly critical. Research shows that 86% of workers would switch jobs for improved scheduling flexibility, while 65% of executives cite easier access to temporary talent as a pressing need.
“Our enhanced Dayforce Flex Work solution creates a unified workforce model, giving customers the flexibility to adapt quickly and efficiently manage labor needs across their talent ecosystems,” said Erik Zimmer, EVP, Corporate Development and Strategic Ventures at Dayforce. “By integrating human capital management with vendor management, we’re removing silos, reducing friction, and enabling customers to fill shifts faster and more strategically.”

Dayforce Flex Work enables organizations to centralize and automate contingent workforce programs—improving fill rates, boosting visibility, and optimizing labor spend. Customers can now manage permanent staff, contingent workers, alumni, and seasonal hires within one platform.
Hospitality operator SSA Group has already seen value from the solution. “Dayforce Flex Work provides us with the operational flexibility we need to manage seasonal demands while controlling costs,” said Kassey Kampman, Head of People at SSA Group. “By using Dayforce to manage both our permanent team members and contingent workforce, we’re able to optimize talent planning and keep our operations running efficiently.”
This launch follows Dayforce’s acquisition of JJJ International, parent company of on-demand staffing platform Jitjatjo and vendor management system Network, strengthening its position in the flexible labor market.
