Remote Launches AI-Native Surveys to Transform Employee Feedback Into Actionable Insights

Remote, the global HR platform, has unveiled Remote Surveys, an AI-powered solution designed to transform how organizations capture and act on employee feedback. Integrated directly into the Remote platform, the new tool enables HR teams to run company-wide engagement surveys in under a minute, linking insights to key outcomes such as productivity, retention, and employee engagement.

The launch comes as companies increasingly navigate the complexities of hiring across borders. According to Remote’s Global Workforce Report, 86% of businesses now employ talent in multiple countries, a figure expected to rise significantly by 2026. As distributed teams grow, HR leaders are turning to AI — with 64% anticipating its use in most day-to-day functions within the next year.
