UKG and Google Cloud have announced an expanded strategic partnership to accelerate the adoption of agentic AI across HR, payroll, and workforce management for tens of millions of UKG users. By designating Google Cloud as its primary AI and data analytics provider, UKG will integrate Gemini Enterprise, Gemini models, and BigQuery into its Workforce Operating Platform to enhance productivity, efficiency, and employee experiences.

The collaboration will introduce AI agents to automate routine tasks and deliver actionable insights. Employees will gain 24/7 self-service tools for scheduling, pay, and benefits, while managers and HR leaders will receive advanced analytics to streamline workforce planning and compliance. These agents will support Agent2Agent (A2A) interoperability, ensuring seamless collaboration across systems.
UKG will also deploy Gemini Enterprise internally, giving its teams centralized AI access to company knowledge, documentation, and customer data. Meanwhile, the integration of Gemini models and BigQuery will enable real-time workforce analysis and data-driven recommendations.
As part of a joint go-to-market strategy, UKG will launch its AI-powered solutions on the Google Cloud Marketplace, simplifying customer procurement. Google will also expand its use of UKG Pro globally, incorporating Bryte AI features to improve workforce planning and payroll efficiency.
