Founded in 2013 by Patrice Gélinas, Hexarem provides analysis-driven compensation consulting and benchmarking for both public and private sector clients across Canada. The acquisition enhances Mercer’s executive compensation capabilities, deepening its ability to help organizations navigate complex pay structures amid evolving economic and talent landscapes.
