Kyndryl Launches New Agentic AI Services to Transform Workforce Strategy and Customer Experience

Kyndryl has introduced a suite of advisory and implementation services designed to help enterprises adopt, scale, and optimize agentic AI across their operations. Announced in New York, the new offerings leverage the Kyndryl Agentic AI Framework to guide organizations through workforce transformation, business process redesign, and the creation of more intuitive interactions between people and AI agents.

They also highlight a big readiness gap in the company’s 2025 Readiness Report. While 87% of leaders think AI will change jobs within a year, only 29% feel their workforce is ready. These findings highlight the need for organized upskilling, cultural flexibility, and improved employee experiences with AI tools.

Kyndryl’s new offerings focus on three main areas. Workforce transformation and change management services help companies upskill employees, redefine job roles, and use agile talent strategies. Business process redesign services guide organizations in reengineering workflows for digital and AI-enabled environments, including mapping skill gaps and supporting adoption. Meanwhile, user experience design services—delivered through Kyndryl Vital and its global AI Innovation Labs—focus on crafting intuitive, proactive interactions powered by agentic AI.
