HR Path, a global leader in HR consulting and HRIS solutions, has expanded in APAC. It acquired Blueprint HR Software Solutions. With operations in 28 countries and over 2,500 HR professionals, HR Path aims to boost its skills in SAP SuccessFactors, Concur, and UKG. Meanwhile, Blueprint Technologies will continue to operate independently, focusing more on ERP services. The acquisition enhances HR Path’s presence across India, the Middle East, and Saudi Arabia, with Co-Founder François Boulet stating, “This acquisition strengthens our base in India, the Middle East, and Saudi Arabia, while opening access to other APAC geographies. It will help us better penetrate the UAE market and significantly increase our presence in India.”

HR Path India’s Managing Director Lalit Mehra emphasized the expanded delivery strength, noting that Blueprint HR’s expertise boosts capabilities in SAP SuccessFactors and UKG. Leadership at Blueprint Technologies also highlighted the strategic value of the divestiture, with CEO Rony John and COO Kalyan T underscoring the increased focus, innovation, and operational agility it brings to their core SAP offerings.
