Remodel Health has teamed up with UKG to simplify Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangements (ICHRAs) for employers. This partnership integrates Remodel Health’s benefits platform with UKG Pro®. Now, organizations can manage health benefits more efficiently by linking HR, payroll, and ICHRA workflows.
Employers using both platforms can benefit from the Remodel Health Data Sync integration. This links UKG’s Workforce Operating Platform with Remodel Health’s system. The integration automatically syncs employee rosters and payroll deduction data. This cuts down on manual data entry and lowers the risk of errors. By keeping information aligned, the solution boosts accuracy, aids compliance, and saves HR teams a lot of time.
The partnership meets the rising demand from mid-sized and large employers for flexible, cost-effective options to traditional group health plans. Remodel Health helps employers and brokers switch to ICHRA. They offer unique software and licensed benefits expertise for organizations with 100 to 10,000 employees. By integrating ICHRA management into existing HR and payroll processes, it simplifies scaling personalized health benefits. This approach avoids adding operational complexity.

UKG emphasized the value of its expanding partner ecosystem in delivering seamless employee experiences. “At UKG, we strive to create lifelong partnerships with our customers, helping them create modern people experiences to drive better business outcomes and anticipate employee needs beyond just work,” said Mike May, vice president of technology partnerships at UKG. “By cultivating a highly engaged ecosystem of technology partners, including Remodel Health, we’re able to help create a more seamless and empowering technology experience.”
As the first UKG Marketplace partner focused specifically on ICHRA, Remodel Health continues to strengthen its position in personalized benefits administration, helping employers modernize healthcare offerings while improving efficiency and employee choice.
