Payoneer Acquires Boundless to Expand Workforce Management in Europe

Share

Payoneer has acquired Boundless, an Ireland-based platform that serves as an Employer of Record (EOR), with the aim of expanding its capabilities related to workforce management across the globe. This acquisition is the latest addition to Payoneer’s financial stack, which it aims to provide to small and medium-sized businesses across the globe, having completed its acquisition of Skuad, which it now refers to as Payoneer Workforce Management, in 2024. Given that cross-border SMBs often struggle with cumbersome banking structures, a lack of finance resources, and the complexities involved with complying with local payroll laws and regulations, the incorporation of Boundless adds more depth to Payoneer’s capabilities to provide compliant and scaleable solutions to its clients.
