HR Path has announced the merger of its operations with Enforce, a Dallas-based HRIS specialist known for its deep expertise in the Dayforce platform, strengthening its North American presence and expanding its global Dayforce services. The move marks a strategic step in HR Path’s growth strategy, complementing its existing Dayforce practices in the UK and Ireland and its broader ecosystem expansion following the acquisition of ClearCourse. Enforce brings a team of 38 Dayforce subject matter experts and a strong North American client base, with capabilities spanning implementation, optimization, post–go-live support, and outsourced administration.

Through the merger, HR Path will also extend its U.S. payroll outsourcing offerings beyond SAP to include Dayforce.
