OpenJobs AI Launches Mira to Accelerate and Modernize Hiring with AI Automation

Share

OpenJobs AI has launched the beta version of Mira. This AI-powered hiring agent helps managers and recruiters fill critical roles faster and with better candidates. It addresses long hiring times and limited recruiting resources. Mira automates sourcing, outreach, and initial candidate qualification. This lets teams go from open roles to qualified candidates in days, not weeks. Early use shows that Mira can cut hiring time from an industry average of 45 days to as few as seven. It also evaluates candidates from pools up to 300 times larger than traditional methods.

Unlike older tools that rely on keyword matching, Mira analyzes role needs and candidate signals. This results in better matches and personalized outreach, boosting response rates and pipeline momentum for tough-to-fill roles. “Hiring teams are being asked to do more with less, and the existing tools simply haven’t kept up,” said Kin Fu, Founder and CEO of OpenJobs AI. “We built Mira to remove the friction and guesswork from sourcing by using AI to surface better-qualified candidates faster. This beta lets us partner closely with hiring managers and recruiters to shape a more efficient, modern hiring experience.”
