Workleap has launched a first-to-market Human Capital agent in partnership with Slack, designed to help people managers lead with real-time context by leveraging Slack’s Real-Time Search (RTS) API and Model Context Protocol (MCP). Built into the Workleap Platform, the agent anonymously analyzes Slack conversations to surface live signals on performance, engagement, and coaching moments, combining them with Workleap’s goals, engagement, and historical review data. The integration is permission-based, with Slack admins controlling access and visibility limited to what users already have rights to view, ensuring security and trust.

“We’ve been helping managers act quickly and confidently for nearly 20 years,” said Guillaume Roy, co-founder and Chief Product Officer of Workleap. “For a lot of companies, Slack is where work happens. We’re excited to partner with them to bring that context into Workleap, giving managers what they need to move faster and lead better without adding friction to their day-to-day.” The solution enables more accurate performance reviews, sharper engagement insights, and faster access to workplace knowledge.
