Applied Systems has launched a new Benefits experience in Applied Epic. This positions the platform as a hub for complete benefits management. Designed for benefits teams, the updated solution combines plan and client management. It also streamlines renewals and servicing, cutting down on the need for separate tools or P&C-first systems. Building on last year’s Benefits Overview release, the update introduces expanded plan management workflows and AI-powered pre-fill automation through Epic AutoFill, which extracts key data from Benefits SBCs to accelerate quoting and renewals while minimizing manual entry.

The new system now allows agencies to manage both P&C and Benefits in one enterprise-class agency management system, while maintaining specialized business processes. The key benefits include enhanced operational visibility, reduced E&O risk, scalable growth with reduced administrative overhead, and a single system of record. “Benefits is one of the fastest-growing revenue streams for agencies, and yet Benefits teams have long had to fragment workflows across two systems or work around tools that weren’t holistically built to meet their industry’s needs,” said Tammi Shapiro, SVP & general manager of benefits solutions, Applied Systems.
