Prismforce Launches Agent-Based Talent Supply Chain Solution on ServiceNow AI Platform

Prismforce has launched a new talent supply chain solution. It uses an agent-based approach on the ServiceNow AI Platform. This lets organizations make skill-based workforce choices right in their current workflows. The solution embeds domain-specific AI agents into ServiceNow applications, helping companies improve talent utilization, accelerate hiring processes, and enhance employee experience.

Developed as part of the ServiceNow Partner Program, the new capability integrates Prismforce’s talent intelligence directly into ServiceNow’s environment. The applications are available through the ServiceNow Store and are designed to work seamlessly within key modules such as HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Talent Development, and Talent Acquisition. By operating inside the existing platform, enterprises can access advanced AI capabilities without introducing additional tools or moving workforce data outside their systems.

The solution also includes a number of AI agents that are meant to facilitate end-to-end workforce execution. These agents are capable of providing continuous skill profiling, forecasting, and talent-to-project matching, in addition to assisting in recruitment, candidate screening, and workforce planning.

Many organizations are shifting their focus to skill-based workforce management, but their systems are simply acting as data repositories rather than operational systems. Prismforce’s integration is expected to solve this problem by transforming workforce systems to be operational systems that facilitate decision-making and execution in real-time. The agent-based approach will enable organizations to automate their processes, such as staffing, reskilling, hiring, and forecasting, thus eliminating the need for coordination between teams.
