DynaFile Launches Paylocity Integration to Automate Employee Document Management

DynaFile has recently made an announcement about its integration with Paylocity, an integration that is aimed at automating and securing employee document management through HRIS data integration with DynaFile’s cloud-based document management platform. This integration has been developed in an attempt to solve an issue that has been on the minds of HR practitioners, who have been experiencing difficulties in managing employee data that is stored in HR systems. By linking Paylocity with DynaFile, employee data automatically structures document folders, while documents generated through Paylocity workflows are directly routed and organized within standardized employee records.

This automation eliminates the need to manually download, name, and store documents such as onboarding forms, W-4s, I-9s, and direct deposit information. The system also increases compliance through access controls, document permissions, retention schedules, and metadata searching. “Integrating DynaFile with platforms like Paylocity allows organizations to connect trusted HR data with secure document management,” said Brian McCleary, VP of Operations at DynaFile. “The goal is simple: reduce manual work, improve consistency, and give teams confidence in how employee records are managed.”
