Share

The Adecco Group has signed a multi-year agreement with Salesforce for unlimited global access to Agentforce 360, accelerating the deployment of agentic AI across its operations and reinforcing its strategy to combine human expertise with advanced technology. The agreement, running through 2027, enables Adecco’s three global business units, Adecco, LHH and Akkodis to scale AI agents across recruitment processes and key markets worldwide. The company aims for more than 50% of its revenue to be powered by agentic AI by the end of 2026. Adecco has already demonstrated results in the UK, where Agentforce AI agents have automated routine recruitment tasks, generating around 15% time savings while improving time-to-fill, fill rates and overall service efficiency.
