NINJIO and Emtrain Partner to Deliver Workplace Compliance and Culture Training

Share

NINJIO has formed a strategic alliance with Emtrain, which enables the former to provide more comprehensive workforce training, moving beyond cybersecurity awareness. Such a move has allowed NINJIO to provide a more comprehensive approach to the management of human risk. NINJIO, as mentioned, provides expertise in security-based education, while Emtrain provides expertise in compliance and culture-based education. Both companies have collaborated to provide a unified approach to employee development.

The collaboration has allowed the companies to provide a solution to the increasing need for effective employee development, driven by the increasing regulatory demands placed on businesses, including data privacy, workplace conduct, harassment prevention, business ethics, and others. Conventional approaches to compliance have failed to provide the required effectiveness, as they have relied on content-based approaches, which have failed to capture the interest of employees. Both companies have relied on more contemporary approaches, including videos, based on real-world scenarios.

“Today’s world needs more than check-the-box training,” said Matt Lindley, Chief Innovation and Information Security Officer of NINJIO. “Our mission has always been to change employee behavior through engaging education. By partnering with Emtrain, we can extend the philosophy that has always driven us beyond cybersecurity into HR compliance, business ethics, and workplace culture. This allows our customers to deliver meaningful training that actually improves how employees work together and make decisions.”

Through this partnership, NINJIO users can access Emtrain’s extensive course library. This includes courses on anti-harassment, ethics decision-making, data security, inclusion, and conflict resolution. These courses ensure compliance. They also build skills that boost collaboration and communication at work.

Emtrain’s technology also allows for behavioral analytics, which helps companies recognize cultural risks and workforce trends. This allows companies to address issues before they become significant problems, thus fostering compliance and culture.

“Most compliance training simply delivers legal information,” said Janine Yancey, Founder and CEO of Emtrain. “Our approach is different. We teach the human skills behind compliance. Employees learn how to navigate difficult workplace situations, speak up constructively, and build healthier workplace cultures. Partnering with NINJIO allows us to bring this model to organizations that already value engaging, behavior-changing training based on the science of learning and human behavior.”

By integrating cybersecurity awareness with HR compliance and culture training, the partnership positions both companies to deliver a more holistic, engaging, and effective workforce education solution for enterprises and growing businesses alike.
