Novaworks has launched its AI-native operating system for Total Workforce Management (TWM). They also secured $8 million in seed funding led by Stalwart Ventures. ServiceNow Ventures and Bell Ventures participated in this round. This solution is built on the ServiceNow platform. It unifies employees, contractors, and AI agents in one framework. This approach addresses the growing complexity of today’s workforce ecosystems. The platform adds AI to core workflows. This helps businesses streamline operations, boost worker efficiency, and improve the employee experience. The funding will support product innovation, grow the team, and enhance go-to-market efforts.
