This enhancement aims to improve the experience of sharing personal preferences for employees, while at the same time creating a more tailored experience through data-driven communication throughout the benefits life cycle.

The integration of Profile Builder into the enrollment experience for employees means they can now indicate their health priorities, interests, and preferences as they enroll in benefits. This creates a more tailored experience within the overall ecosystem of benefits, which combines Emma EnrollPro, an AI-driven guided enrollment solution, with Evive, a year-round engagement solution.

The enhancement builds on bswift’s broader strategy to unify benefits experiences through AI-native innovation. Inputs captured during enrollment are combined with a wide range of data signals, including claims data, spending patterns, eligibility details, and behavioral trends. This expanded dataset allows Evive to deliver more precise and timely recommendations, improving both relevance and impact.
