Experian and TazWorks Partner to Streamline Hiring with Real-Time Employment Verification

Share

Experian has entered into a collaboration with TazWorks aimed at speeding up the hiring process by providing instant employment verification services. This collaboration aims to bring together the Experian Verify™ service and integrate it into the TazWorks portal for faster and more reliable access to the candidate’s employment data.

By combining such solutions as employment verification and TazWorks portal, this collaboration seeks to provide users with easy-to-use solutions that can help save much time that otherwise would have been wasted on the collection of employment data and its evaluation.

This new move by Experian to enter the employment verification market comes after its collaboration with MeridianLink, in which the firm provides its employment verification services to be incorporated into the software developed by MeridianLink.

“As employers and screening providers work to improve efficiency while maintaining confidence in their data, access to trusted, real-time verification insights is increasingly important,” said John Tsefrikas. “By integrating Experian Verify into TazWorks, we’re strengthening our position in employment screening and helping clients access trusted data more seamlessly within their existing workflows.”

Experian Verify uses an extensive payroll database that has millions of files available. This ensures the quick availability of employment information, making screening faster and easier, as well as facilitating effective risk and compliance management.

As explained by Jake Shapiro, this partnership will be beneficial for the organization in terms of the platform being able to accommodate high volume screening processes by providing reliable verification tools within user-friendly applications.

Hiring process time pressures and efficiency are some of the challenges faced by recruiters today. The two companies have therefore identified a significant requirement that they can help fill in this ecosystem.
