Hallmark Enhances Mobile App to Improve Provider Engagement and Compensation Transparency

Hallmark Health Care Solutions has come up with new enhancements in its mobile application that will help address the issues of provider alignment, engagement, and retention through the provision of transparency and efficient workflows. The new enhancements provide a one-stop solution for performance tracking, pay, and compensation information within one mobile application. Given that most physicians leave their jobs due to issues related to poor payment plans and considering that most providers do not have an understanding of pay plans, the new enhancements allow providers to measure their performance and see how this performance affects their earning levels.
