Klaar expands its AI-native performance management platform launching a new compensation module created along with Comprehensive. The integration aims to bring together that performance insights and pay decisions, allowing HR chiefs to make rapid, consistent, and data-driven compensation decisions all in one platform.
Previously, compensation planning was mainly done through spreadsheets and different tools, which at times caused inefficiencies and inconsistencies during the review cycles. Klaar’s new feature solves this problem by connecting ongoing, AI-supported performance data to compensation processes, assisting organizations in harmonizing the recognition of employees’ contributions more closely with the timing and reality of their work.
By combining Klaar’s predictive performance capabilities with Comprehensive’s compensation planning and benchmarking infrastructure, the platform aims to simplify complex compensation processes while minimizing bias and manual effort. The result is a more streamlined approach that allows organizations to manage everything from salary adjustments to bonus structures using up-to-date performance signals rather than static reviews.

“Performance data should not live in one system while compensation decisions happen somewhere else,” said Lana Peters, Chief Revenue & Customer Experience Officer at Klaar. “With this new compensation module, we’re helping HR leaders move beyond disconnected tools and static review cycles to make compensation decisions based on real-time, reliable data. This is a major step toward turning performance management into performance-driven decision-making.”
Among others, the module introduces an extensive range of new capabilities such as the transformation of spreadsheet-based workflows into paperless processes, support for complicated compensation schemes like multi-currency and custom bonus plans, and increased visibility into the decision-making process of pay. Besides, it also assists in minimizing the influence of recent events by offering a unified, data-packed perspective of staff performance across different teams.
Roger Lee, Founder and CEO of Comprehensive, emphasized the importance of integrated systems in modern HR practices. “Too many organizations still manage compensation planning through disconnected systems and spreadsheets, which slows decision-making and creates unnecessary inconsistency,” he said. “By partnering with Klaar, we’re ensuring that compensation decisions are grounded in real performance data, making them faster, more defensible, and more equitable.”
The launch reflects a broader industry shift toward predictive, real-time HR technologies that enable organizations to connect performance outcomes directly to business decisions.
