Jellyvision Introduces ALEX Home, a Practical AI Platform for Year-Round Benefits Clarity

Share

Jellyvision has expanded its ALEX® portfolio with the launch of ALEX Home, a new year-round benefits platform designed to help employees, employers, and brokers navigate benefits information without unnecessary complexity or hype. Rather than positioning itself as a sweeping reinvention of HR technology, ALEX Home focuses on a clear goal: making benefits easier to understand when questions arise throughout the year—not just during open enrollment.

ALEX Home brings medical, dental, vision, supplemental benefits, eligibility rules, and company policies into a single, connected experience. Using conversational AI grounded in Jellyvision’s behavioral science expertise, the platform delivers plain-language answers while incorporating safeguards to avoid common AI pitfalls such as jargon, overconfidence, and inaccurate responses. The result is a system built to solve everyday benefits questions like coverage eligibility and plan details, when employees actually need the information.

The platform extends the value of ALEX beyond the enrollment window into the remaining weeks of the year, addressing one of HR’s most persistent challenges: repetitive questions that slow down teams and frustrate employees. By offering accurate, on-demand answers, ALEX Home helps HR departments reduce administrative burden while giving brokers greater visibility into how benefits are being used and understood.

Designed to complement—not replace—existing infrastructure, ALEX Home integrates with current HRIS, payroll, and carrier systems. This approach allows organizations to improve clarity at points of confusion without overhauling their benefits ecosystem. Employers also gain actionable insight into employee behavior, including what questions are being asked, where users struggle, and which benefits deliver real value.

The launch marks Jellyvision’s move from decision-support tools into a broader benefits platform, with additional integrations, reporting, and administrative features planned for rollout through 2026.

“Every HR tech press release in 2025 promised to transform your workplace with AI,” said Amanda Lannert, CEO of Jellyvision. “We’re not doing that. We’re using AI to make benefits less confusing, which is somehow both more boring and more useful than promising to ‘reimagine the employee experience through intelligent automation.’ ALEX Home does what ALEX has always done—makes the hard parts easier—but now year-round, when people actually need help.”
