Multiplier Expands Its Global Employment Platform with Community and Partner Benefits

Share

Multiplier has launched two new initiatives to help organizations handle international growth: Multiplier Locals and the Multiplier Partner Perks Program. Announced in New York, this launch shows the company’s goal to go beyond employment infrastructure. They aim to actively shape the global employment ecosystem.

The first initiative, Multiplier Locals, aims to create a global community. It connects customers, partners, and operators who manage distributed teams. It combines the digital Community Hub, the physical City Editions, and the Advocates under one brand. The idea is to leverage the digital space for knowledge sharing and the physical space for meetups. This would help founders, HR leaders, and operators share real-life experiences around hiring, managing, and scaling international teams. The first City Editions are slated for global business cities like Singapore, London, and New York.

The Multiplier Partner Perks Program enhances our community-driven approach. This curated marketplace gives Multiplier customers exclusive access to top tools in HR, finance, legal, technology, and operations. By partnering with companies like Notion, Ramp, HubSpot, and Intercom, customers enjoy preferred pricing and bundled benefits. This makes procurement easier as they enter new markets.

“Companies today are building teams wherever the best talent lives,” said Sagar Khatri, Founder and CEO of Multiplier. “That shift brings opportunity, but it also brings complexity. We see our role expanding beyond infrastructure to building the support system around global hiring so companies can scale smarter and faster.”

Leadership at Multiplier emphasized that global expansion increasingly depends on shared knowledge and trusted networks. “Global expansion doesn’t happen in isolation. It’s driven by shared knowledge, trusted relationships, and the right support,” said Kate Walsh, Chief Customer Officer at Multiplier. “With the launch of Multiplier Locals and our Partner Perks Program, we’re bringing this to life for the first time by creating spaces where founders, operators, and global hiring leaders can connect, learn from peers, and access meaningful benefits that help them scale globally with confidence.”

“Global employment has evolved beyond software into a dynamic ecosystem,” added Monish Munshi, Chief Marketing Officer at Multiplier. “By integrating Locals and Partner Perks, we’re bringing together community, strategic partners, and our platform into one cohesive experience that gives companies a clear competitive edge in the global talent market.”
