Pacific Life Debuts No-Cost Enrollment Hub to Streamline Benefits Administration

Pacific Life’s Workforce Benefits division has introduced the Pacific Life Enrollment Hub powered by Employee Navigator, a digital platform designed to simplify online benefits enrollment and member management for brokers and their clients. Offered at no cost, the new solution aims to replace manual spreadsheets and outdated workflows with automated, technology-driven processes that enhance accuracy, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Developed in collaboration with Employee Navigator, the Enrollment Hub integrates seamlessly with Pacific Life’s digital ecosystem. “Our partnership with Pacific Life is about making benefits administration easier for everyone. Key features include instant Evidence of Insurability (EOI) decisions in 95% of cases, automated reconciled invoicing, simplified claims management, and error-free data entry. The platform also allows brokers and employers to manage member records online without licensing requirements or technical barriers.

This launch marks the latest step in Pacific Life’s commitment to delivering a fully digital experience from quotes to claims. For organizations already licensed with Employee Navigator, Pacific Life will continue offering the fully integrated, broker-hosted solution, ensuring multiple pathways to digital adoption.
