Offered at no cost, the new solution aims to replace manual spreadsheets and outdated workflows with automated, technology-driven processes that enhance accuracy, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Key features include instant Evidence of Insurability (EOI) decisions in 95% of cases, automated reconciled invoicing, simplified claims management, and error-free data entry. The platform also allows brokers and employers to manage member records online without licensing requirements or technical barriers.
This launch marks the latest step in Pacific Life’s commitment to delivering a fully digital experience from quotes to claims. For organizations already licensed with Employee Navigator, Pacific Life will continue offering the fully integrated, broker-hosted solution, ensuring multiple pathways to digital adoption.
