Payscale and WorldatWork Partner to Advance Compensation Strategy Training

Payscale Inc., a leader in compensation intelligence, has entered into a strategic partnership with WorldatWork to enhance professional development for HR and compensation professionals. This collaboration aims to help organizations build more equitable, data-driven compensation strategies amid a rapidly evolving labor market.

According to Payscale’s latest Compensation Best Practices Report, nearly two-thirds of companies are still refining their pay structures. In response, Payscale will now offer its customers exclusive access to WorldatWork memberships, along with expanded training and certification opportunities. The partnership merges WorldatWork’s expertise in total rewards education with Payscale’s comprehensive compensation data and analytics tools, enabling HR professionals to confidently navigate pay equity, market shifts, and AI-driven disruptions.
