PNC Launches PNC Workplace Advantage to Enhance Employee Financial Wellness

PNC Bank has announced the launch of PNC Workplace Advantage, an updated workplace banking program designed to help organizations with 100 or more employees enhance their corporate benefit offerings while boosting employee financial confidence. Operating as part of PNC’s broader Financial Wellness Solutions platform, the program integrates seamlessly into existing enterprise workflows without adding administrative burden, providing employees with personalized guidance from dedicated financial wellness experts, flexible virtual or onsite banking access, and financial education resources. Under the new program, employees who open a qualifying PNC checking account with direct deposit gain access to the PNC TotalRewards Silver Tier a status typically reserved for clients maintaining at least $25,000 in deposits and investments.
