The Hartford and Nayya Partner to Personalize and Simplify Employee Benefits Enrollment

The Hartford has joined forces with Nayya, a leading benefits experience platform, to introduce an integrated technology solution aimed at simplifying and personalizing employee benefits enrollment. This collaboration is designed to enhance decision-making for employees while improving overall benefits utilization for employers.

Leveraging Nayya’s AI-powered decision support platform, the integration enables employees to receive tailored guidance during the benefits selection process. The solution draws on individual data to recommend benefits packages that best align with each employee’s health, financial needs, and life circumstances.

To further support this initiative, The Hartford and Nayya will host a joint webinar titled “AI-Powered Decision Support: Elevating Benefits Enrollment,” scheduled for June 12, 2025, at 1 p.m. ET. The session will explore how AI can optimize benefits strategies and provide a closer look at the capabilities of the new platform.
