UKG has announced the release of UKG One View, a new payroll solution aimed at simplifying and unifying global payroll operations. Designed for multinational organizations, the platform delivers real-time access to payroll data, artificial intelligence-powered validation, and immediate payroll reporting—all from a single system.
UKG One View consolidates payroll data from multiple in-country providers, enabling organizations to manage payroll across different countries with improved efficiency and accuracy. The platform continuously uses AI to validate information, helping companies stay compliant with diverse local regulations while reducing errors.

“I joined the company as we were partially through the rollout of One View country by country, and each one was a separate project,” said Bevan. “Having the One View team on hand at the other end of a phone call all the way through the process was really useful. Each time we came to a launch, it was smooth and repeatable, and for my team, being able to deliver on time, accurate payrolls every time, through all that turmoil, really raised our profile within the Trellix organization. Other UKG customers, such as Crane Worldwide Logistics, have also reported substantial improvements. The logistics company reduced its payroll platforms from 11 to just one using One View, resulting in greater data consistency and operational efficiency.
Part of the broader UKG Pro suite, One View supports over 120 currencies and 20 languages, making it suitable for a diverse, global workforce. The solution is available as a standalone product or integrated within the full UKG Pro suite.
