This strategic acquisition will merge ServiceNow’s advanced agentic AI and automation capabilities with Moveworks’ cutting-edge front-end AI assistant and enterprise search technology. The combined solution aims to deliver enhanced experiences for employees across all areas of business operations.
Following the acquisition, ServiceNow – with thousands of AI agents already in action – will continue leveraging its agentic AI ServiceNow Platform to accelerate enterprise innovation and adoption in key growth sectors, including CRM.
Together, ServiceNow and Moveworks will redefine AI’s role in improving employee engagement by introducing a powerful universal AI assistant and advanced AI-powered enterprise search capabilities. This integration will enable faster answers to requests, automated task completion, and improved productivity. Notably, most of Moveworks’ current customer deployments already utilize ServiceNow as a core system of action for enterprise AI, data, and workflows, ensuring a smooth integration.
