15Five has introduced Amaya, a new Ask-Me-Anything (AMA) AI agent designed to serve as a thought partner for HR leaders. The conversational assistant launched at the annual HR Superstars Summit. It’s built into the 15Five performance management platform, which helps over 3,000 organizations globally.
Amaya delivers a ChatGPT-style interface that draws on data across the entire 15Five ecosystem. HR leaders can ask important questions, like trends in employee feedback or engagement drivers in teams. They get answers in seconds. The tool looks at both numbers and comments, finds patterns, compares departments, and highlights themes. This process usually takes hours of manual work.
Amaya works securely within the 15Five platform. Unlike external AI tools, it doesn’t need to upload sensitive workforce data to third-party environments. This setup allows Amaya to use real-time organizational data. It also keeps compliance and privacy safeguards in place, offering more relevant and reliable insights.

Alongside Amaya, 15Five also rolled out an AI-powered Insights Dashboard and redesigned Home Page. The new Dashboard provides a clear space to explore key business questions. The Discovery Feed highlights emerging trends and outliers that might be missed. Together, these features help HR leaders spot risks, prioritize initiatives, and take action without sifting through scattered reports.
“Our early adopter customers have referred to Amaya as a powerful sounding board,” said Anthony Onesto, VP at 15Five. “It surfaces personalized, timely answers to questions that would otherwise take significant time to answer. In addition, our new Insights Dashboard helps HR leaders move past measuring what’s happening to strategizing what comes next. It provides clarity on the metrics they track daily, while also acting as an advisor that whispers, ‘You might want to see this.'”
Amaya not only delivers answers supported by data sources and visualizations but is also designed to evolve. Future capabilities include proactive recommendations, automated action plans, recognition prompts, and early warnings tied to retention or burnout risks.
“These features are a strategic bet on the future of HR,” Onesto added. “We’re delivering effortless, personalized insights that help leaders shift from passive observation to meaningful action. This is how HR becomes more measurable, credible, and impactful.”
