Oracle has unveiled a new suite of AI agents within Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications designed to help HR leaders streamline processes, enhance performance management, and deliver a more personalized employee experience. The launch underscores Oracle’s commitment to embedding AI across its enterprise applications to automate workflows and support data-driven decision-making.

“As organizations navigate increasing workforce complexity and growing employee expectations, HR leaders need technology that streamlines manual processes and enhances engagement,” said Chris Leone, executive vice president of Applications Development at Oracle. “The new AI agents to be embedded in Oracle Fusion Applications cover HR processes from hire to retire and this enables HR leaders to improve the employee experience, drive continuous performance management, automate time-consuming tasks, and help employees and managers focus on what truly matters – delivering impactful business outcomes.”

Running on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, the prebuilt AI agents are natively integrated into existing workflows at no additional cost. They will power new capabilities in Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM), offering automation across recruiting, career development, core HR, payroll, and succession planning.
