Share

Poppulo, a leading provider of employee communications and workplace experience solutions, has introduced the first-ever AI agents specifically designed to enhance enterprise-level employee engagement and communication strategies.

These groundbreaking AI agents—tailored for internal communications professionals—are built to streamline content creation, delivery, and impact analysis across complex organizations. The innovation comes amid rising pressure on communication teams to do more with less, while driving measurable improvements in workforce alignment and engagement.

Unlike generic AI tools, Poppulo’s agents are purpose-built for enterprise use. Drawing from the company’s decades of communication expertise and massive proprietary data sets—including over 25 billion annual communications—they are trained to optimize everything from email campaigns and digital signage to mobile messages and intranet content.

“For too long, time and resource constraints have limited the impact of internal communications on business outcomes,” said Frank Gauld, chief product and technology officer, Poppulo. “Our AI-first employee communications platform changes that. Poppulo’s AI Agents continuously learn from historical campaigns, applying company- and industry-specific best practices to refine messaging, maximize reach, and drive measurable results.”

The launch includes three core AI agents: the Content Agent, who assists in crafting high-performing messages; the Campaign Agent, who orchestrates multi-channel communications; and the Intelligence Agent, who provides data-driven insights to refine future strategies.

Poppulo’s AI system is rooted in the company’s AI Enablement Framework, which prioritizes data privacy, ethical development, and responsible innovation. The AI agents are integrated into the Poppulo Harmony platform and are currently in use by select customers, with broader availability planned in the coming months.

The introduction of these agents marks a significant evolution in how internal communicators can leverage AI—not just to automate, but to elevate their role in driving employee engagement and business performance.

With this latest advancement, Poppulo reinforces its position as a pioneer in the future of workplace communication.
