Topia has launched Horizon, a progressive agentic AI platform that aims at changing the way organizations handle global workforce mobility. As an AI-first solution, Horizon is developed to be the main mover that helps mobility teams in planning, carrying out, and optimizing employee migration across countries thereby solving the issues that legacy systems have been causing since the beginning.
Mobility teams have been using inflexible tools for a long time which do not depict the changing aspect of global workforce programs. These old systems have led to compliance risks, increased manual work, and low visibility of operations. Horizon intends to overcome these problems by placing smart automation at the heart of work processes, so that teams can work more flexibly and accurately.
“The mobility software market has been broken for a long time, and the people who have suffered most are the teams trying to do right by their employees,” said Dave Walters, CEO of Topia. “Horizon is our answer to that — an AI-native platform that meets mobility teams where they are, thinks with them, and does the heavy lifting so they can focus on what actually matters: getting people where they need to go, compliantly and confidently.”

At the center of Horizon is a network of AI agents that proactively collaborate throughout the mobility lifecyclefrom initial planning to employee repatriation. The agents are able to identify compliance risks, estimate costs, and advise on policy decisions in real time, all within the existing organizational tools. With its natural-language policy builder, the platform enables users to create structured, audit-ready mobility policies at once, thereby making a traditionally complex process much easier.
Horizon ensures continuous compliance monitoring in different countries and, along with that, AI-based cost modeling that takes various elements such as salaries, taxes and relocation costs into account before any decision is made. Employees are granted a clearer and more guided pattern by which they can move forward, including real-time updates and AI-enabled help during their entire time.
Topia, through the combination of automation, intelligence and integration without interruption, wants to transform global mobility from simply being a compliance function into one that is strategic and data-driven.
