Share

At its annual UKG Aspire 2025 conference, UKG announced the launch of the Workforce Intelligence Hub, an AI-powered solution that puts all aspects of workforce operations—from scheduling and performance to pay, hiring, and industry trends—on one real-time platform.

Built on what UKG refers to as the world’s largest workforce dataset, Workforce Intelligence Hub serves as a single command center that provides instant visibility for leaders in labor metrics, predictive insights, and automated actions that help them improve staffing efficiency and organizational agility. By combining data from both UKG and third-party systems, it helps decision-makers identify emerging workforce trends and drivers of performance, taking immediate action based on AI-driven recommendations.

“The Workforce Intelligence Hub provides customers with a complete view of their operation, enabling faster, data-driven decisions that today’s business environment demands,” said Suresh Vittal, Chief Product Officer at UKG. “By delivering AI-powered workforce intelligence at scale, our customers will benefit from a Workforce Operating Platform that serves as a system of action, helping them stay a step ahead of their competitors in a fast-changing world.”

The solution delivers insights using UKG Bryte™ AI, deep industry expertise, and benchmarking across industries such as healthcare, retail, logistics, and manufacturing, among others. It gives actionable insights into:

Demand Forecasting: Uses historical, seasonal, and external information to predict future labor needs.

Overtime trends: It flags anomalies to prevent overspending and compliance risks.

Shift coverage: It pinpoints labor gaps to maintain proper workloads.

Workforce well-being: tracks engagement and fatigue indicators.

Performance dashboard: A unified view into pay, performance, and productivity metrics.

“This type of operational intelligence to the front-line worker is unprecedented in today’s marketplace,” said Jason Averbook, Global HR Digital Transformation and AI Leader at Mercer. “UKG is uniquely positioned to deliver this monumental leap forward in workforce intelligence, elevating workforce data to the same strategic importance as CRM and ERP.”

UKG further underlined that it is committed to ethical AI and ensuring all data powering the Hub is anonymized, aggregated, and continuously monitored for bias. The Workforce Intelligence Hub will be available to select customers in early 2026.
