Accolad Technologies Inc. has launched a proactive AI-powered employee recognition assistant. This tool helps managers boost engagement and enhance workplace culture. Announced in Quebec City, this launch shows a bigger trend seen at CES 2026. There, artificial intelligence is moving from reactive tools to decision-support systems. The assistant is built into Accolad’s recognition platform. It analyzes key milestones like work anniversaries, service years, and project successes. Then, it provides personalized recognition suggestions in real time. “We are entering an era where AI becomes embedded productivity infrastructure inside organizations,” said Yanik Guillemette, Chairman of Accolad’s External AI Advisory Committee.
