Integrating Abett’s proprietary Data Engine, which correlates complex and disparate data streams across medical pharmacy point-solution vendors, and insurance partners directly within the Alight Worklife platform, a combination allows enterprise employers to aggregate benefits ecosystem data, analyze program engagement, and capture overall health metrics in real-time. The data infrastructure, in turn, will allow employers using Worklife to gain more actionable intelligence and closed-loop navigation at critical decision points, including enrollment, customer care, and other benefits administration interactions.
