Angle Health, the first AI-native healthcare benefits platform, has secured a $600 million equity financing package comprising a $200 million Series C and a $400 million tender offer valuing the company at $2.7 billion. Led by Vitruvian Partners, with participation from Town Hall Ventures, Blumberg Capital, Portage Ventures, PruVen Capital, and Y Combinator, the transaction arrives as U.S. employers face their steepest health insurance cost increases in two decades. Designed to solve the traditional friction small and midsize employers encounter with legacy carriers, Angle Health provides fully customizable health plans, real-time broker underwriting through its Benefit Builder platform, and AI-powered care navigation for employees across 47 states. Highlighted by 120% year-over-year revenue growth and four consecutive quarters of net profitability, the company now manages nearly $1 billion in annualized premium-equivalents for over 5,000 businesses while offering stable renewal rate increases of just 5–7%.

Commenting on the milestone, Ty Wang, co-founder and CEO of Angle Health, stated: “Access to great healthcare shouldn’t depend on the size of the company you work for. Small businesses employ tens of millions of Americans, yet they have historically had the least options available to them for healthcare coverage and almost no control over its costs. We built Angle Health to fix that. This financing enables us to reach more of the local businesses that power our country and continue to deliver a personalized, higher-quality, more affordable healthcare experience to everyday Americans”. Emphasizing the operational shift, Jeremy Gelber, Partner at Vitruvian, noted: “Angle Health has replaced the archaic systems and manual workflows of a century-old industry with a healthcare platform built for the AI-era. Its combination of technology, industry-leading growth and retention, and financial stability in an increasingly volatile market is proof that the team has built something truly needed”. Overall, the capital injection reinforces Angle Health’s position as a category-defining healthtech platform that bridges scalable AI technology with sustainable risk management to democratize enterprise-grade benefits for mid-market employers.
