Atlantic International Corp. has acquired Circle8 Group, a top European IT and technology staffing agency, to form a diversified global workforce solutions platform with annual revenues of $1.2 billion. The acquisition brings together the North American industrial staffing business of Atlantic International Corp. with the high growth IT skills of Circle8, which has posted $780 million in 2025 revenue and is on track to reach $1 billion in 2026. Founder Guus Franke will join Atlantic’s Board as Executive Chairman while continuing to lead Circle8, ensuring operational continuity.
